CODE OF CONDUCT

These rules are meant to ensure a professional and respectful atmosphere on the server. Staff members who violate these rules will face consequences, including but not limited to, warning, demotion, or removal from the staff team.

Professional conduct

As a staff member, you are expected to uphold a high standard of professional conduct. This includes not discussing controversial topics such as religion, politics, or healthcare in public chat or with players.

No abuse of power

As staff you have access to commands that can affect the gameplay experience of players. You are not allowed to abuse your power in any way that negatively impacts players, such as using commands to grief or troll, or using commands to gain an advantage over others such as locating ores, items or traveling places you normally wouldn’t be able to.

Stay neutral

As a representative of our server, it is important to remain neutral in conversations and not take sides in any disputes or arguments. Even if you disagree with someone, you should remain respectful and professional at all times.

Respect other staff members

As a part of our team, you are expected to treat other staff members with respect and professionalism. This includes avoiding any behavior that could be considered bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

Respect other players

As a staff member, you are expected to treat all players with respect, even if you disagree with them or they are behaving in a way that is disruptive or frustrating. Making fun of players or using derogatory language is not allowed, not in staff chats, either. This, to ensure our staff team stays neutral, and does not become a form of a ‘clique’.

Use common sense

As a representative, you are expected to use common sense and good judgment in all situations. If you are unsure about something, ask another staff member for guidance or clarification.
